Dear Porterville Branch members,
Thank you for accepting me to go to Tech Trek. I have met a bunch of new people and made a lot of friends. I have experienced so much stuff that I have never done before. One of them was bowling. I got my first strike on Tuesday the 18th. It was awesome. I also liked canoeing. I was so terrified. I felt like we were going to tip over on the boat. I really love it here. Thank you so much! If it weren’t for you guys, I would never have experienced any of these incredible things.

Dear AAUW members,
I just wanted to thank you so much for giving me the chance to be here at Tech Trek. Without your help, I wouldn’t be able to learn the things that I’m learning today. Being in Tech Trek gives me the opportunity to experience new things that will help me in the future, and it has also given me the tools to be a major in the field of mathematics and science. I also have the opportunity to meet new people who have a career in the math or science field. I’ve met people in the fields of engineering, technology, accounting and economics. This camp has helped me realize that I can be anything I want to be if I try my hardest and if I keep an eye on my future. Tech Trek is an opportunity where only a few girls can go and you made it possible for me. You gave me this chance, this opportunity to learn more about math and science, to meet new people, and to express my love for learning. This has been an experience I will never forget, especially because you made it possible for me to be here. Thank you for helping be at Tech Trek, and I wish you the best!
